OUR DOUGH


SOURDOUGH AND Wood Fired pizza

 
All our pizzas are made from scratch using traditional Neapolitan recipe. We only use  fresh dough which is prepared daily and proved for at least 24h. 

Our dough has no preservatives and no sugar! 

All of the ingredients we use at L'ombrello are carefully selected and the highest quality. We use local & Fairtrade products where possible.

We  support green initiatives and reduce any impact made on our environment and local communities:
- always have vegan option on the menu
- purchase consumables that are recyclable and then recycle them accordingly
- purchase local produce where possible and fairtrade products
