We didn’t start in a factory or a boardroom...our journey started in fields, festival grounds, and historic landmarks, cooking pizza over fire for thousands of people.
Before the world changed in 2020, we travelled across the UK with our wood-fired ovens, serving fresh pizza at some of the country’s most iconic events. We built our reputation on quality, speed, and unforgettable flavour.
Then COVID arrived, events stopped overnight, and our world, like everyone else’s suddenly went quiet.
But something interesting happened.
Like many people, we found ourselves buying supermarket pizzas… and being disappointed. They lacked flavour, character, and the care we believed pizza deserved. So we did what we’ve always done - we went back to the dough.
In our kitchen in Kent, we began developing slow-fermented sourdough pizzas, perfecting our dough through time, patience and countless bakes, topping it with premium quality & fresh ingredients, so it could be easily reheated and enjoyed in the comfort of your home.
The result is our Heat & Eat premium range - artisan sourdough pizza, perfected for home.
